Customers receive TWO REMOTES in one pack, allowing them to share one with family for seamless access to the garage even when they're away, while keeping the second as a backup in case of loss or damage. Our product comes with two VISOR CLIPS, enabling users to conveniently attach the remote to the sun visor above their car seat, allowing for easy control of the garage door while driving.
This product has 3 CHANNELS, meaning each button can control a different garage door, so users can control up to 3 garage doors with just one remote, making it a convenient and space-saving solution.
However, please note that this product cannot pair with Model # 139.53560SRT & 139.53879. It does not have a DIP function, and it cannot work with Genie/Overhead/Linear/Raynor/Marantz/Precision/Legacy brand garage door openers.
Why can't I pair this remote to my garage door opener? 1. Make sure that you have pressed any other button to confirm in step 3. 2. The door of your garage door must be closed when you are programming. 3. Get your remote close to the garage door opener and try programming again.
It is connected but it failed to control the door sometimes? 1. Maybe you need to try pressing the button longer. 2. Maybe the battery has run out, try replacing the battery.
I have followed the instructions but it still doesn't work? Choose another button as the working button and retry the programming.
How can I erase the memory of my garage door opener so that it can memorize the new remote? Press and hold the learn button of your garage door opener until the light turns off.
